Fantastic experience
Great tour with plenty of history - advice - and humour about two such important and visited places. This is the second time we have been but the first time guided and it is WELL worth the money to get the full experience.

Great tour experience!
John was a fantastic tour guide for our tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. My family and I learned so much from him. The tour was lively, interactive and fun. If you are looking for a small group tour while in NYC, check this one out!

FAQs

How much walking is there?

For the most part, we’ll be on our feet. The ferry has many levels, each with its own set of steps. We can work with your mobility level on this private tour to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

What can we bring?

You should be prepared for security procedures before boarding the ferry. Blades, tools, aerosol, non-folding umbrellas, tripods, lighter fluid, etc., are all prohibited.

Are the museums on Liberty and Ellis islands included?

Inside the Statue of Liberty Museum and at the Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration, the National Park Service prohibits visitors from being accompanied by a guide. Your guide will give you a complete overview of the museum so that you may tour it alone and know what to look for.

What is the rescheduling policy?

We are aware that plans might change. You may easily change your tour up to 24 hours before departure. We provide a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. Within 24 hours of your tour, we would have incurred hard costs and therefore cannot allow rescheduling or cancellation without costs.

What if it rains?

Our tours go on rain or shine, so please check the weather forecast before you go. If we have to cancel due to severe weather conditions, we will give you the option to reschedule or get a full refund.

What about gratuities?

Tips are always appreciated but never expected. They’re a great way to tell your guide they did an awesome job and show your appreciation.
