On this two-hour walking tour of three of Manhattan’s most intriguing neighborhoods, we cover a lot of ground. We’ll start in SoHo, where we can admire the Cast Iron Historic District’s architecture and perhaps even spy some of the famous people that frequent its fashionable streets.
From there, your tour guide whisks you away to Little Italy, where you can take in the sights, sounds, and flavors of this vibrant area of New York City. But this place offers more than just stromboli and pizza. Along with learning about the notorious mobster John Gotti, you’ll also visit previous mob sites.
Finally, take a short journey to Chinatown, which is nearby yet offers a whole distinct cultural experience. Enjoy the variety of Chinese stores and signs while learning about this immigrant neighborhood. Our journey comes to a conclusion in Columbus Park, formerly known as Five Points, one of the city’s riskiest neighborhoods.
This cultural tour of NYC is also a tasty one because there are stops along the way for samples.
It only takes a few kilometers of walking to explore the best of Chinatown, Little Italy, and SoHo as your guide helps you traverse Manhattan’s streets. Additionally, starting at midday frees up your morning and afternoon to do extra touring.

FAQs
Does a pass cover the cost of this tour?
Yes, a pass includes access to this tour. You must select the pass you have and make a reservation using your credit card on the Our New York Pass page. So long as you have a current pass, there won’t be any fees. As long as your pass is still valid on the day of the trip, pass holders may reschedule. You will be paid for the tour even if your pass is no longer valid on the new date of the tour.
Can I do this tour first, at 9:30 a.m., and then the High Line and Chelsea Walking Tour?
Yes, you’ll have ample time to travel between the tours. At 11:30 a.m., the High Line tour is over. Take the C or E subway from the neighboring downtown area two stops to Spring Street to start the SoHo, Little Italy, and Chinatown Walking Tour. Ask your guide for more information if you need it.
Does the excursion include food or shopping?
During the tour, there can be brief breaks to buy various ethnic foods. We have a lot to discuss, so there isn’t time to stop and eat a meal. There isn’t any time set aside for shopping, but after the trip is through, your guide can point you in the direction of any interesting retail districts. In the meantime, you can enjoy lots of window-shopping as you explore the various neighborhoods.
What is the cancellation procedure?
We are aware that plans can change. For this tour, we provide a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time. What about tipping?
Although never anticipated, tips are always appreciated. They’re a great way to tell your guide they did an awesome job and show your appreciation.
