FAQs

How far do you have to walk?

Between lunch stops, there is less than a mile while your guide discusses the Lower East Side’s history and culture.

Does the cost of the tour include the cost of food?

The guided walking tour is included with your ticket. With our innovative pay-as-you-go system, just give the guide $30 in cash when you arrive, and they’ll handle the rest. You don’t have to choose between quantity and quality when you pay in cash because it’s simple for each establishment to provide additional value.

Are the dining establishments and tour destinations confirmed?

Due to venue availability and other variables, there may be instances when we have to alter the itinerary to include a comparable restaurant or stop. Your experience will be just as fantastic, we’ll make sure.

What is the rescheduling policy?

We are aware that plans can change. Up to 24 hours before the start of your trip, you can cancel and get a 100% refund or choose to reschedule. We would have incurred hard expenditures within 24 hours of your tour, so we are unable to permit rescheduling or cancellation without fees.

What time should I arrive?

Be prepared to arrive 15 minutes early. If you are late, you might not be able to catch up before the trip begins.

What if it rains?

We operate tours in every weather. You will receive a full refund if we are forced to cancel due to severe weather.

Are gratuities included?

Tips aren’t included but are always appreciated by our guides. If you think your guide did an outstanding job, a tip is a great way to show that.
