Learn about New York’s bizarre ventures, spectacular failures, and enormous achievements, all made possible by cutting-edge technology and vast wealth.
We’ll start with a city within a city. Hudson Yards is a one-of-a-kind new real estate development in Manhattan, with six contemporary residential and office skyscrapers and restaurants, bars, and a high-end retail mall. You’ll learn about this $25 billion community, which is the most expensive private real estate development in American history, while you explore.
Next, we’ll travel a section of the High Line, which was formerly an industrial artery in New York but is now a picturesque sanctuary high above the street. This hilltop walk offers art, meadows, flowers, vistas, and more.
If you’ve chosen one or both of the optional upgrades, you’ll go to those on your own. The first is Vessel, a 150-foot interactive artwork with linked stairwells. As you ascend, you’ll be able to see the city from a variety of angles and vistas. Then there’s Edge, a 1,100-foot-high sky deck with views of Central Park and the Statue of Liberty. Its tilting glass walls and glass floor show you New York City as you’ve never seen it before.

FAQs
When are the timed entry tickets for Vessel and Edge?
We’ll work together to secure your timed entry tickets to Vessel and the Edge observatory after the tour. The vessel is usually visited first around 4 p.m., followed by Edge at 5 p.m. However, depending on availability, times may vary slightly.
What is Vessel?
Hudson Yards’ centerpiece is Vessel. This 150-foot interactive artwork contains interconnected flights of stairs that allow you to experience different perspectives of New York City with each step.
What is the Edge observatory?
Edge boasts the tallest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, at 1,100 ft. Its glass floor, which allows you to gaze straight down 100 stories, and its diagonal outer barrier will enable you to lean over the edge of New York for unrivaled vistas of the city. A champagne bar and a corner where one person may stand surrounded solely by glass and sky are unique features.
How much walking is there?
There are 1-2 miles of walking at a leisurely pace. If you’re traveling with a stroller or wheelchair, the High Line also includes elevator access instead of stairs. However, the elevator may or may not be functional. If mobility is an issue, you can also book a private tour.
What is the rescheduling policy?
We are aware that plans might change. You may easily change your tour up to 24 hours before departure. We provide a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. Within 24 hours of your tour, we would have incurred hard costs and therefore cannot allow rescheduling or cancellation without costs.
What if it rains?
Our tours go on rain or shine, so please check the weather forecast before you go. If we have to cancel due to severe weather conditions, we will give you the option to reschedule or get a full refund.
What about gratuities?
Tips are always appreciated but never expected. They’re a great way to tell your guide they did an awesome job and show your appreciation.
